Returns

You have three days upon receiving your artwork to check the package for damage which may have occured during transportation. If there is an issue, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may assess it. Please include pictures if applicable.

If the return is approved, the artwork must be returned in its original packaging and condition within three days from coordinating your return with us.
SHIPPING
Artwork will only be shipped once payment is received in full.

All artwork is shipped via standard ground transportation. Typically, your piece will arrive in 3-5 days depending on the destination. If you would like to express, or overnight your order, please email us, and we will give you a quote for your shipment.

We will arrange for the the shipment to be processed and make sure it arrives with all documents needed to clear customs. While we will assist you with the process, please note that all duties and importation tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient.
